Accommodation at Rosewood Bermuda

Far removed from the sprawling mega-hotel feel more commonly associated with modern day resorts, Tucker’s Point boasts just 88 guestrooms where the emphasis is very much placed on quality over quantity.

The majority of accommodation options, from Superior Rooms, to Two Bedroom Suites are located within the Manor House, and throughout the rest of the resort, guests looking for additional space and privacy can opt for private villa accommodations ranging from Villa Deluxe Rooms to the infinitely luxurious,  1,650 sq. ft Walsingham Suite. Room amenities throughout include twice-daily housekeeping services, flat-screen TVs, complimentary WiFi, luxury Heeley bathroom amenities and the very best of furnishings including Rivolta Carmignani Italian Linens. As the name suggests, Deluxe Poolside Rooms offers direct access to the Castle Harbor Pool, while the vast majority of accommodation options boast views out over Castle Harbour and into the blue expanses of the North Atlantic Ocean.

Dining options at Rosewood Bermuda are extensive and are headlined by “The Point”, which combines international flavours and cooking principles with fresh local ingredients for a fine dining experience like no other. Wine connoisseurs in particular will revel in a meal in the Wine Room, where thousands of vintages fill the wine-rack covered walls from the wood-plank floor to the vaulted brick ceiling.

More casual yet equally impressive dining options can be found at Sur Mer, the perfect spot for al fresco dining, and The Clubhouse at Tuckers Point, where guests can sample authentic Italian dishes, fine wines and homemade grappa.

Bermuda itself offers a vast array of flavours and cuisines from all over the world and Tucker’s Point believe it would be remiss of them not to ensure their guests can sample as much of what the island has to offer as they wish. With that in mind, be sure to inspect the resort’s list of recommended restaurants because from the Blue Bar & Grill, which boasts mesmerizing views of the Great Sound, to Wahoo’s, the perfect place to sample local seafood including the famous Bermuda Lobster; Bermuda is a haven for enthusiastic foodies.

Back at the resort, guests are spoiled for choice when it comes to their time away from the golf course, with extensive leisure and wellness facilities allowing your time at Rosewood Bermuda to be as relaxing or fun-filled as you wish. The resort boasts two swimming pools and plenty of chaise lounges and private cabanas where you can soak up the sun, and in the form of Sense, a Rosewood Spa, you’ve got the perfect haven in which to indulge in revitalising treatments or to simply escape from the stresses and strains of everyday life. The treatment menu is endless and even features the Rose Buds Junior Spa Menu for kids, and for those with a more energetic disposition, a fully equipped, 1,900-sq. ft fitness centre which features state-of-the-art equipment is also on site.

Sat in the heart of an island paradise, Rosewood Bermuda also offers easy access to a vast array of exciting activities. Specially curated tours allow guests to explore the island, while the Dive & Watersports Centre offers qualifications in scuba diving, enabling you to discover Bermuda’s crystal-clear waters, home to some of the world’s best shipwreck and reef diving where guests can explore sunken ships dating back to the 1500s, as well as the underwater caves formed by the same volcanic eruptions that created this spectacular network of islands.

Rosewood Bermuda Frequently Asked Questions

When is the best time of year to visit?

Peak season in Bermuda runs from May to early October when visitors can expect temperatures reaching 30°C, as well as high humidity throughout June, July, and August. During January and February temperatures still average around the 18°C mark which is certainly an improvement on the UK, but visitors can expect patchy rain. When March and April roll around, temperatures start to increase and a dip in the sea, especially for visitors from the UK, is more than comfortable at this stage of the year. Although not as frequent as in the Caribbean, Bermuda is occasionally hit by hurricanes between June and November, with September generally being the most hurricane-prone month. The island is however, well provisioned for such events.

What is the flight time from the UK to Bermuda?

The direct flight time from London to Bermuda is 7 hours 50 minutes and there is a 4 hour time difference.
