Stellenbosch is more like a members club back in England. The course was in average condition with patchy areas on some fairways. Greens were fine though. The biggest problem we had was that we were not able to get buggies on a very very hot day (38 degrees). This meant we weren't able to enjoy the round as much as we had hoped.
Stellenbosch is one of the legendary names of South African golf, boasting a first class championship golf course that has played host to the South African Masters and the South African Open among others.
