There are 456 rooms and suites at The Magallen Sutera Resort and are split into six categories, ranging from a Deluxe Garden View room to the expensive, prestigious and exclusive Presidential Suite. Internally, the hotel and its rooms are typically tropical themed, embracing the local surroundings with a unique blend of dark and bright colours as well as dark wood furnishings. The Deluxe Sea View, of which there are 234, are the most popular property at the resort which comes as no surprise. The rooms feature huge double glazed doors which open out to the bright blue South China Sea with the shimmering ocean bouncing off the crisp white sheets, the room is perfect for those wanting to make the most of the hotel’s wonderful surroundings. The suites are all extremely spacious, luxurious and obviously the premier options as well as being more practical for families or groups of golfers. In total there are just 10 Magellan Suites, but what they lack in quantity they sure make up for in quality. Boasting separate bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces and dining areas, the generously sized suite is almost a home away from home, a very lavish home at that. The suite is bordered by several floor to ceiling windows which offer a near panoramic view of the coast and luscious gardens of the resort, views which can also be enjoyed from the furnished private balconies.
The large resort is home to an extensive list of restaurants, with 15 in total to choose from. The opulent Ferdinand’s is one of the best on offer, serving beautiful Italian cuisine in an elegant environment, fine dining at its best. With other restaurants serving sea food, local cuisine, the Five Sails is a very continental restaurant. Located poolside, guests are welcome to enjoy some al fresco dining and picking at the brilliant buffet selection which is replenished throughout the day.

The modern fitness centre includes a state-of-the-art gym as well as an olympic-sized swimming pool, while the kids club on site features a smaller pool.
