Positives: The hotel is wonderful. Rooms are spacious with everything you need. Everywhere is immaculately clean. The pool area is fantastic. Negatives: It’s a huge complex and whilst I understand that this time of year is seen as off season it’s a real shame the Japanese and In Season restaurants were closed. Even more frustrating that we were not told that upon check in and indeed whilst there it is all still being advertised on social media etc. Most of the staff were very accommodating and great but one chap in the Italian restaurant definitely needs more training!! Tam who works the bar in the lobby was absolutely fabulous and his cocktail making skills are a joy to watch. It was a pleasure to visit the bar in the evening with him.

The hotel was excellent the breakfast was really good only reason why four stars is because the food and drinks you have to buy are very expensive.

reception staff pore, left hand does not know what right hand is doing. Breakfast buffet poor. Dinner buffet extremely poor. and considerably over valued. Pool are exceptional except music speakers every 10 metres with boom boom music none stop all day. No chance to read a book. No shop for fundamentals. No games room, not even a ping pong table. No entertainment in evenings. Overal NEVER AGAIN
