Felt we were being hurried through meals. Rooms very basic. No additional leisure facilities, but lovely building and location, and food very good.

The hotel is tired and not super clean in some of the hallways and corridors. The hotel and rooms were ridiculously hot and stuffy

Excellent staff and very good food. The room was tired and there's a lot of noise from dust bins being moved at 5.15am at the back of the hotel. The new Manager has a long list of things to sort so hopefully Shepherd Neame will invest. Good luck. Clive
