Perched on Turkey's Mediterranean coast, Cornelia Diamond Golf Resort & Spa ticks a lot of boxes for a winter-sun golf break: a championship course you'll want to play twice, five-star comfort that doesn't feel stuffy, and enough variety off the course to keep everyone happy. The Faldo Course at Cornelia Golf Club is the headline act here, designed by Sir Nick himself and often listed among Europe's top 100. It's a proper test, lush and immaculately maintained, with fairways that reward good ball-striking and bunkering clever enough to make you think twice on every approach.
The resort sits in Belek, Turkey's golfing heartland, just 30 minutes from Antalya International Airport. You're right on the beach and close enough to town if you fancy a wander, but truthfully, most guests find little reason to leave. Eight swimming pools, an aqua park, a sprawling spa, tennis courts and beach volleyball cover the leisure side, while nine restaurants and eleven bars ensure you won't be eating the same meal twice. It's the kind of place where you can play 18, grab lunch by the pool, book a massage, then settle in for dinner without ever feeling like you're repeating yourself.
Who is this for?
Golfers chasing winter sun and a top-tier course, families wanting all-inclusive ease with plenty for non-golfers, and groups who value variety in dining, leisure and on-course challenge.
Who is it best for?
Mid-to-low handicappers who'll appreciate the Faldo Course's strategic design, couples looking for a blend of golf and relaxation, and anyone after a hassle-free, high-quality Turkish golf break with genuine five-star comfort.

The five-star Cornelia Diamond hotel puts you right in the heart of Belek's best golf, with the Faldo Course on your doorstep and several other top layouts within easy reach. The resort offers 611 rooms across a range of categories: standard rooms form the bulk of the inventory, with executive, family and garden rooms available for those wanting a bit more space or a different view. Suites, lake villas and houses round out the options for larger groups or anyone treating themselves.
Every room is finished to a high standard, balancing elegance with genuine comfort. Air-conditioning, safe deposit box, satellite flat-screen TV, direct-dial telephone, internet access and a stocked mini-bar come as standard, so you're well looked after whether you're unwinding after 18 holes or planning the next day's tee time. The layout is intuitive, the beds are excellent, and the whole setup feels designed by people who understand what golfers actually need from a room: space for kit, a decent shower, and somewhere comfortable to collapse at the end of the day.
Dining at Cornelia Diamond is where the resort shows its range. Nine à la carte restaurants give you serious choice, with half of them open during the winter golf season. The Sapore serves Mediterranean dishes with pool views, Sumach focuses on authentic Turkish cuisine, and Tai Pen brings flavours from the Far East. The Diamond restaurant covers international cuisine with a fine-dining edge, Fish & Love specialises in seafood with mesmerising views, and the Forest Pub takes you on a tour of Latin and North American flavours. The Bubble Restaurant stays open 24 hours for late-night cravings or early tee times.
Eleven bars keep the drinks flowing, eight of which operate in winter, each with its own character. The Crassula Spa bar is perfect for post-round recovery, while the Shine Bar and Moulin Rose are ideal for reliving the day's best shots. Honestly, you could stay a week and still not cover everything on offer.
The enormous Crassula Spa Centre sprawls across two floors and three distinct areas, offering Turkish baths, Russian steam baths, massages and a full menu of beauty treatments. It's a proper facility, not an afterthought, and exactly what you want after walking 18 holes in the sun.
Cornelia Diamond sits in Belek, roughly 45 kilometres from Antalya City and 23 kilometres from Antalya Airport, making transfers quick and straightforward.

The Cornelia Diamond has been around for a very long time. It knows how to keep the customers happy. Fabulous team of people working here from the moment you arrive until the moment of your departure. While the buffet has something for everyone, it can be a bit busy and you may like to Book up some of the À la cart restaurants to take a breather from the noise and self service buffet. You won’t be disappointed. We especially liked the Fish and Love (don’t over order as they big a large range of nibbles to the table before you even look at the menu. And also the Tai Pen… same again, lots of nibbles before ordering. You also receive a better range of drinkable wines at the à la carte. The province rose was our favorite. It was worth the €25 supplement just for the better wine. The pier bar and deck chairs are worth enjoying if the weather permits. Lovely to sit down there and enjoy the sunset. The dome offered a good range of lunch time choices as well as buffet salads etc. again, excellent service. The spa - we didn’t use. But it looks good. Great rooms. Lots of space. Very dark… be great if they could lighten the rooms up. We loved our Mountain View’s… though near the front door you get a bit of noise if you like sleeping with the doors to the balcony open. I would say that the minibar stock up was very good but the restocking of coffee, milk and tea was totally random and a bit irritating for this morning coffee drinker. Still, if you contact reception, they will sort this out. Clubs can be left either downstairs near reception or at the golf club if you’re only going to the Faldo. Thanks to all the staff at Cornelia Diamond.

Great Hotel in a great location with great staff. The swim up room upgrade was class. The €25 per head extra for the restaurant upgrades is great value when you consider the food quality.
