Little Aston is one of England’s most loved inland courses enjoying an enviable position in the Top 100 courses of Great Britain and Ireland. The course was designed in 1908 by 5-time Open Champion Harry Vardon and shortly afterwards was re-modelled by Harry Colt.
Little Aston is predominantly a parkland course set in the mature former estate of Little Aston Hall, situated on the outskirts of the Royal Town of Sutton Coldfield. The Club has over the years hosted many tournaments both Amateur and Professional; these include the English Amateur, Brabazon Trophy and British Boys Championships as well as the Dunlop Masters Professional Tournament; in recent times it has also held Open Qualifying and staged the Ladies Home Internationals in 2017.
Before your round one of the most unique putting greens in golf should be sampled on any visit and, after the round, golfers can relax over a drink or meal in a clubhouse that is steeped in history and tradition.

0800 043 6644Henry Cotton, a golfing great of his era, once said that “Ganton, Gleneagles and Hoylake are in the running for top places, but even they must be runners up alongside Little Aston”.
The traditional golf course is extremely mature, large greens and trademark Colt bunkers present a relentless test of championship golf. While it may not be well known outside the local golfing spheres, Little Aston is a true gem among golf courses in England.
Playing host to tournaments like the English Amateur, Brabazon Trophy, British Boys Championship and even the British Masters on 5 occasions, Little Aston is a course that should be on your golfing list. Measuring at 6813 yards, this golf course will really test your skill from every part of the golf course

What an amazing course. It was super fun and we all thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful layout. Thanks to Tom for his recommendation over the PGA at the Belfry. We'll all be going back to play Little Aston again - probably soon :)
A course in great condition, brilliantly looked after from the moment we walked in until we walked out.
AMAZING course, very peaceful, highly advise to play this course. High bunkers on the fairway so enjoyed those too.
Absolutely brilliant and beautiful golf course. the pro and the staff and members were very welcoming
A must play - impressive greens, great layout, stunning and rebooking for next summer as only 50 minutes away.
