Novotel Saint Quentin en Yvelines

Hotel is pretty basic, and the food is awful and expensive. I'd recommend going off site to eat.

The hotel, bar and restaurant are devoid of any charm or character and could easily be an airport hotel on a budget holiday. The food is over priced and average and the staff don’t have a welcoming disposition. I think the whole experience is described as basic

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and generally the hotel offers the standard you would expect. We had dinner there once - it was very disappointing. Breakfast buffet was ok, but nothing special. The bar area was also ok but with contemporary furniture designed for its looks rather than comfort, particularly for large groups which presumably frequent golf and conference based hotels.

The hotel was very comfortable, the staff were very friendly. The breakfasts were very good with a wide variety to suit all our requirements. The only thing that we could complain about was the evening meal on the first evening where most of the group went for a steak and the meat was tough and gristly.

The hotel bar staff and lunch staff were poor. Service / hospitality is poor. It’s a real shame as the course was amazing and everybody linked to the course were amazing. The hotel is on site which is perfect but it’s killing the experience. Don’t staff at the Novotel. Reluctance to serve food for us on arrival 8.30pm. When finished our round at 3pm we were told they were closing the restaurant and that we could only have two items on the menu. A complaint was made with the manager due to over charging of the bill. The manager was very good reporting our concerns. The Albatross is amazing just don’t stay at the hotel. The rooms were very small and very hot

Right on the course - but a novotel which means very small basic rooms, if sharing I would consider single occupancy! Staff friendly & helpful, breakfast, consistent with novotel standards, (basic but ok). Bar shut at 11pm (good in reflection) & restaurant somewhat limited (tapas offering) - we booked locally & enjoyed 3 great meals.

A very high standard of Novotel. The best thing is it’s proximity to the golf clubhouse - a 2 minute walk from hotel reception to the pro shop and locker rooms, fantastic! Everything was spotless, the rooms well appointed and comfortable and all 4 of us had great views over the main Albatros course. The staff were very nice, helpful and professional. The breakfast choice was good and the bar area was also very good with an outside terrace too. Not sure why but the bar and restaurant closed on the Saturday evening but we took a 20 euro taxi into a local village both nights and had a lovely drink and dinner. Our only small complaint was that the aircon didn’t work so we’re had to leave the bedroom window open to cool the room.

Hotel is good but considering the quality of the course thought it might be smarter. Restaurant is good for lunch, OK for dinner, breakfast is excellent.

Hotel was terrible. Nowhere to put clothes. No bar. Heating broken although I was given electric fire.minibar empty.

This is the best Novotel i've stayed in. Functional and clean.

The hotel is in a great position on the golf courses. The food was excellent and great bar area with huge TVs to watch the golf. Walk to the tee from the hotel. Very quick check in and out and staff vet helpful

Hotel is clean and everything you need and more! Sleep, wake up and play golf. no Taxis, no hassle just walk out and its all there. Highly recommend.

Little difficult ordering food and drink and lack of staff

Taxi to hotel is very expensive especially during rush hour! Staff very welcoming, rooms were comfy but very very hot, air con was on for 2 minutes the off for 30 and with windows not opening much it didn't help either. Restaurants, the club house for lunch was very nice doing sandwiches to take on course but it closes from 5/6. Restaurant opens at 7:30 but menu there wasn't a great variety. we had to ask for burgers on the final night!!

Staff and food wonderful

The hotel is obviously perfect location for the Golf course! It is clean and comfortable and the staff were excellent, really very good. Good twin room with good bathroom.
