The course, which opened in 2014 and was recently voted 74th in Golf Digest's Top 100 golf courses in the world, plays at just over 7000 yards from the back tees. In true links style, the course features vast elevation changes with the highest points being up to 50 metres above sea level and the hilly terrain mixed with the ever-present sand dune gives the youthful course a traditional, authentic feel. Greg Norman was keen to embrace the landscape he was given to build this course and has been quoted saying that he's a firm believer in using what mother nature gives us on each site. Golfers will have to consider the strong wind conditions when navigating round the course with almost every hole by the coast and the breeze sure to alter club selection on the tee box. The standout hole on the course is the par-3 4th, which requires pinpoint accuracy. Shooting towards a two-tier sloping green, with a deep pot bunker on the right and a severe drop to the left, coming away with a par is more than respectable.

Two-level clubhouse is the perfect base for golfers following a round on the challenging course. Whether it's enjoying a 5-star meal at the Infinity Restaurant overlooking the course and distant coastline or enjoying a relaxing drink on the decking, it's a great complement to the course. For those wanting to hone their skills before or after their round, there is 400-yard long driving range along with a practice area with greens and bunkers.
