The 1562 links course bares all the hallmarks of pure links golfs. Undulating fairways, fast greens and a prevailing coastal wind all add up to one of the toughest challenges on a golf course. However, the introduction of new tee positions means that the course is now much more accessible for the higher handicap golfer.
White tees: 6568 yards Par 71
Yellow tees: 6180 yards Par 71
Blue tees: 5756 yards Par 70
Red tees: 5556 yards Par 73
Where as distance is required to score well on the 1562, the Broomfield course requires a good touch and accuracy. Whilst the course does not appear to hold the same challenges as the 1562, the natural undulations and hazards means there is more than enough to ruin a scorecard.
White tees: 4822 yards Par 66
Red tees: 4822 yards Par 67
Blue tees: 4574 yards Par 67
