Excellent property but everything revolved around a massive pools occupied by people all day Food was good in general but exceptional at the Moroccan restaurant with limited availability

As usual the golf courses were in great condition, we played the royal Marrakech on our first day and was told that we had to have a caddy for every four ball, without exception no one wanted this! However afterwards all agreed that they enjoyed the company of our caddy he wasn’t interfering at all but would help when saw someone who needed it, he repaired divots, pitch marks and cleaned your club before putting in the bag for you (not always where you wanted it) and would definitely have them again, cost was 300 diram about 30 euro. Transfers were excellent and on time. The hotel (Rui Tikida) we have stayed the before and knew what to expect, however, the breakfast buffet was fly infested as were the outside bars! The main restaurant in the evening was absolutely fine and the selection of food was vast and I’m sure everyone will find something they like the bar near reception was nice and they show football on the big screens for those who like that kind of thing. There is also an area that is an entertainment room that has a bar and stage but we found it was where families took the young members and really isn’t for those expecting a night club or disco. Rooms were cleaned everyday and large bottles of water were left every day which we took to the courses with us. Overall taking everything in consideration I would give it 4.75 out of 5

The hotel and staff were fantastic. However I was told there was coffee facilities in the room and there is not. Please mention this to you next clients.
