Hotel was not in Palmanova as advised but on edge of Magaluf which was disappointing as not our cup of tea. Wanted to be around decent restaurants and bars, not British pubs and kebab shops. Would not go back for that reason. Everything in hotel really good but house keeping in rooms was poor with us having to complain about missed things on a couple of days. Staff were really good, friendly and great service. Evening buffet for €30 was fantastic. Lovely hotel but in wrong location for us

Poor quality of hot items for breakfast selection(sausage, hash brown terrible) Rooms not ideal for 2 men sharing on a golf trip, beds to close together and no way of separating them as room not big enough, limited privacy as more open plan than expected.
