Can’t really fault the hotel at all. Rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. Air conditioning was preset but could have been a bit lower temperature to give a bit more relief from the outside temperatures. Food was plentiful and mostly very flavoursome but as often is the case in all inclusive hotels it was a bit repetitive. It was disappointing that two of the larger groups of golfers behaviour was at best inconsiderate and at worst drunken stupidity but to be fair some people, including myself made one particular group aware that their behaviour was totally unacceptable and to stop. As usual the brits abroad issue raised its ugly head and it seems nothing changes when large groups of men get together on holiday in an all inclusive resort.

Rooms were nice although not cleaned very well, food was good but the bar areas were not up to standard, no branded drinks all local spirits and poor beer

Hotel was pleasant enough, a little bit tired and not great for an all inclusive. Pool is nice, with lots of sunbeds, although not enough parasols, especially with 38 degree temps. Pool bar kept running out of beer, and the queues could be quite long. Food was nice, although everyone in our group ended up with a dodgy tummy for most of the week. We didn't drink the tap water, so not sure if it was the food, or maybe the ice they used in the drinks was made from tap water. 99% of staff were were great, but there was one or two bar staff that tried taking advantage of what they thought was a drunk group and were asking for tips rather than trying to earn them.

Hotel was nice, staff were friendly and some helpful,getting drinks was slow, and they ran out of beer twice!! Rooms were decent size, overall, quite nice

The hotel its self was great. The food was good and plentiful. The staff were friendly and attentive. We did have a bad experience in the Italian Restaurant attached to the hotel, but other than that, it was great.
