Hotel Kenzi Club Agdal Medina

Loved the quiet, clean rooms and the spacious resort. Sadly we were very disappointed with the quality of the food and beverage offerings included. The food at the buffet restaurant was nearly always cold, lacked flavour and was not of the high standard promised. Breakfast was very poor indeed with hot items such as potatoes, vegetables and egg dishes again cold as serving points weren’t turned on. We had arrived back at the resort mid afternoon every day, ravenous and and could only find very dry and under-filled sandwich rolls near the pool bar which again disappointed. Must mention the staff who were always engaging, friendly and very helpful however. We handn’t understood the resort catered primarily for families and there was so many children running around the pool bar area and buffet restaurant. Whilst not a problem for us , we all agreed we would like to have known and would probably have paid more to have stayed on or near a golf resort.

Hotel is very tired and needs upgrading.fridge didn’t work had to ask 5 times before it was changed.staff in snack next to pool bar not very obliging chips were cold.restaurant opens 6.30 no one there to cook omelettes till almost 7 o’clock.tried to charge us to use spa pool when we’d been told it was free.set menus in Italian and Spanish restaurants were pathetic.

Accomogation was as described and quite comfortable. Went one night for dinner at Italian restaurant where food was sparse and definitely not very Italian , paid extra for wine at £32.00 for red and £30.00 for white, very ordinary wine.

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Rooms were lovely. The staff were attentive, very pleasant and the service was excellent. Would recommend.

Disapointed had to book for spa & pay, room cleaning daily spasmodic.

Very enjoyable. Would select the same hotel again.
