Marcelona mixes Moroccan and Spanish flavours and does it well, with a menu that works particularly nicely after a day in the sun. Jamra Healthy & Organic is the lighter option if you're keeping an eye on things, and Sarray is a strong pick for groups thanks to its buffet of Moroccan and international dishes. The buffet spread is generous, varied and genuinely useful when you've got different tastes and appetites in the group.

To finish the day properly, the O de Rose Spa includes a jacuzzi, sauna and separate hammams for men and women, plus treatments using Moroccan favourites like argan oil, beldi black soap and rhassoul clay. The masseuses know their craft, and the experience is as restorative as it sounds. After 36 holes in the heat, it's exactly what you need.
