As part of The Rolex Series, The Scottish Open attracts a world class field each year as golfers from across the globe get their prep in prior to The Open.

October is a month of gradually decreasing high temperatures with the average temperature of 13 C and possible lows of 9 Degrees. Maybe warm enough to pack the shorts! The start of October enjoys almost 11 hours of daylight, with sunrise at around 7.00 am and sunset at 6.30pm.
