Course was very wet so balls plugged and could not be located course in a fair condition for this time of year rain was relentless so cannot score badly based on that still enjoyed playing

Still a lovely Golf Course not as good as the last time we played it but still worth the money

A good course with some great holes tough greens in great nick. I challenge you to drive to the top of the hill on 18 what a finishing hole.

Facilities are limited, particularly food and drink. Greens were very poor.

Most of our putts came up short. It’s a little hilly and would say a buggy is a must although there were a few people carrying and saw them on buggies on the back 9.So book them in advance.Fairways were also very good. A few holes were sloping quite a bit so a few balls were lost. Well worth playing.

Beautiful condition wonderful shapes to the holes fabulous greens quite a tough walk would recommend using a buggy. Brilliant.

Excellent course. All really enjoyed despite inclement weather.

The golf club had everything you could need and the restaurant was particularly good and service excellent. The course was very interesting and in good nick- would definitely go back!

The Golf course was perfect for our abilities (14-20 handicappers). The Greens were in good condition & challenging at the same time. We had a great time and was well looked after. The complex is about 40 minutes drive from Channel Rail station to St Omer Golf club, so perfect location. Would recommend booking a buggy if you don't like a good walk, however I walked the course with a carry bag for two days out of three & loved it. Thanks Tom the trip was seamless 10/10 Cary

Lovely day of golf

Course was remarkably quiet and we were able to tee off early !! Very helpful Marshall who checked us in.

Course was very wet but it was playable had to pick and place everywhere greens were not great but very early in the season and it has rained a lot

this should not have been open with some parts of the course like a bog losing balls in the fairway (plugged)

Rented a buggy, would be a very tiring round without it, very hilly course.

We had buggies would not recommend carrying your clubs putting green was very quick greens somewhat slower some great holes on the course

My group enjoyed the course and found the greens undulating and challenging.

Very hilly, some steep climbs so glad we did this one on the first day of our trip and not the last. Would definitely return, but with a buggy!

Fantastic course

good course there was a slow 4 ball in front of us.

A fairly challenging course both golf wise and physically as we chose to walk with trolleys rather than buggies. Some excellent holes with Some reasonably long par 3's and a lovely testing par 5 to finish. Very enjoyable

Was a bit wet underfoot when we played but a lovely course. To say it was hilly is an understatement. Some lovely holes that require accurate driving to leave you in the right position to get to the green. We walked with our electric trolleys and to be honest I’m glad I didn’t carry or use a push trolley. The only down side to the whole day was there was no food being served in the club house. Was only 30 minutes drive back to the Calais Terminal for Le Shuttle so was perfect for the last day of our golf trip. Staff in pro shop were lovely and really helpful.

Unfortunately, our round was hindered by a storm so hard to review all aspects. We all said that we would like to return and play in better conditions and even use the hotel as a 1-night stayover before moving on. Great layout of a course so would defiantly be adding this to our interniary next time.

Probably a very nice course in spring/summer, but playing in March it was *very* boggy off fairway, almost unplayable. Greens seemingly suffering from disease? Shame.

Super course - well maintained but greens have suffered possibly from lazy golfers not repairing pitch marks or bird attack. A tough walk on the back 9.

Due to the summer weather etc the course was not in great condition but would return as we are sure it will recover back to its normal standard and a very challenging course.

was very disappointed with St Omer this year, the greens seem to be infected with some sort of disease lots of dead patches on them and were heavily scarified, havce played there before and the green were perfect, we arrive early for our tee time and when asked if we could get something to eat we were informed that they had run out of food in the restaurant ( 10.30 approx) it took a complaint with the pro to sort us something out but the staff in the kitchen and behind the bar clearly was not happy about it

Due to the dry spell it was almost unplayable. The course apart from the greens were without any grass. The hardness of the fairways caused unfair bounces invariably resulting in lost balls or OB.the uphill fairways were a joke as there was no hold/grass resulting in your ball rolling back to you or beyond. Had we known the conditions we would have cancelled and asked for a full refund. An expensive evening meal with 2 rounds on an unplayable golf course

Very nice course with some challenging holes. Lovely clubhouse.

Quite a busy course and we had to wait on most holes but not an excessively long time. We Like this course and we know it well.

A good test for all players

We were able to get away early. Unfortunately we got trapped behind a 4 ball for the first 9 holes until they called us through. Fairways and greens excellent apart from a few which had been hollow tined. Superb golf course!

Interesting course, enjoyed playing it and will return.

Eats us alive everything!! So glad I got a buggy this time...a true challenge and great way to finish our trip

We arrived in good time and booked 6 buggies all together. At 40 euro per buggy this seemed expensive. Staff were welcoming and looked after us very well. Course was in good/excellent condition. A tough undulating course which was long in places. Wpould recommend.

Beautiful course, perfect in every way

A really good course but due to the weather it wasn’t as good as it was 2 weeks ago when we played it in the sunshine and the dry. A good course to play and easy to get to for a quick trip away.

Since our last visit the course has been improved and was in very good condition. We enjoyed our round and will look forward to playing this again

Preceding days of rain made the course very wet and playing long and the greens were microtined and not great. Good course but this area often wet this time of year and so better to play it at another time.

Fantastic course in great condition but extremely slow round of golf.

Mixed response for this one in terms of the level of difficulty. Some would like to return and a few found it just too difficult. We were held up by two slow groups and 5 1/4 hours was not welcomed.

Had the first 9 holes to ourselves. Course was in fantastic condition with perfect greens! Still my perfect go to french track and always look forward to our visit there.

Had played the course a few times before and would certainly play it again. Only 1/2 hour from Calais. Lovely staff, small clubhouse/pro shop.

Superb course, but don't walk it!!! Superb greens and general upkeep is great. A real good test for all levels of golfer. Played 4 times I a week and still never worked some of the greens out.

Brilliant golf course which I have had the pleasure of playing many times over the last twenty years , would recommend a buggy as it is physically challenging. I rate this course very highly.

The best course condition of the 3. You need a buggy!!!! Not for the unfit!!!

Super course but the cost of the buggies, which you defiantly need, is high. It’s a tough course to walk.

We all had a fantastic weekend, the golf course was in great condition for early season, and the greens were fast and true. We will be back again soon.

Played here last September, course was excellent then and is now. Really interesting course with tricky holes and being a little hilly is testing.

I play off 18 and can get round most courses to bogey , this was no different, a few pars lots of bogeys and some doubles, but no holes to difficult to give you a chance if you hit it straight,we played off the yellows but a few of these were forward on the ladies etc but as we played in March and the course was quite heavy with little or no roll it made it fair obviously in the summer with the ball traveling further it would be about the same all in all I’d definitely go back and play again

Excellent course. Very hilly and greens very fast. Always an enjoyable experience. We have been lucky with the weather every time we have played here. Staff are efficient and Ham and cheese baguettes afterwards are delicious and inexpensive.

This is an amazing course full of exciting holes. The course was not busy so we could enjoy the whole experience. It is definitely a course we would alllike to tackle again. Lovely touch with a free ham and cheese baguette at the end of the game. We sat on a lovely terrace in the sun over looking the course. A great days golf!
