Tenerife - South (TFS) - London Gatwick (LGW)
With 27 standout holes set into Tenerife's south, Golf Costa Adeje is widely viewed as one of Tenerife's premier golfing destinations. It's not just the scenery doing the heavy lifting either. The course has hosted the 2003 Spanish Open, plus the 2021 Tenerife Open and the Canary Islands Championship, so it's a venue that's already welcomed plenty of European Tour names.
Location-wise, it's ideal for a golf holiday. Costa Adeje sits near Tenerife's southern tip so beaches, bars and a big choice of hotels are close by when you've finished your round. The 27-hole setup is handy for groups, especially if you want a couple of rounds without having to travel.
If you're building a Tenerife itinerary, this is the one you'll want on it. It ranks in the top 10 in the Canaries and sits inside Spain's top 85. Expect plenty of elevation change and sea views in places, with a resort-style feel and strong conditioning year-round. With 27 holes to choose from, it's an easy place to play more than once without it feeling like you're repeating yourself.
Who is this for?
Golfers planning a Tenerife break who want a recognised course, a proper championship track on the CV and an easy base near Playa de las Americas for post-round options.
Who is it best for?
Mid-handicappers and better players who enjoy a sterner test, plus mixed-ability groups who want 27 holes, reliable conditions and plenty to do off the course. If you fancy ticking it off, include Golf Costa Adeje on your next Tenerife golf break.

Championship Course
The original 18 holes were opened in 1998, and are now known as the Old Course. The fairways are generous, and is perhaps most memorable for the views of the coastline and La Gomera Island. The Old Course is maintained to an impeccable standard thanks to a state-of-the-art irrigation system, and is a glorious place to enjoy a round of golf.

Los Lagos
Overlooking the sea, the new Los Lagos course is a newly added nine hole loop that has further emphasised Golf Costa Adeje's quality. Although it is considerably shorter than the Old Course, it is a technical challenge that requires guile and creativity. No less than 6 lakes are interspersed in the layout, and is a great little test for golfers of every standard.
The complex also boasts an excellent golf academy, where the highly skilled and multilingual PGA professionals are on hand to offer personalalised tuition or group lessons.

Must admit I am struggling to remember many of the holes but that may just be my poor memory! Fairly open course with some holes featuring terracing meaning lots of warning signs for buggies using fairways. Restaurant looked fine but didn’t have time to eat there.

probably the best course of the 3 for me fantastic views only let down was the greens had been hollowtwined and sanded which made putting guess work coz there still 4 weeks away from being true greens

Good course but on our week the greens had been scarified and top dressed so not perfect hence the 3 star rating. Otherwise would have scored higher

Lovely course, fantastic views and interesting holes.
Not an easy course but also not too difficult from yellow tees. Well organised on arrival in golf shop and with starter on first tee.
Greens looked a little scruffy in places but ran smoothly and true.
There was a drink and food buggy but the sandwiches weren't great. So eat before you play or afterwards as food in clubhouse was decent. Definitely would play there again as throughly enjoyed.

Amazing course played on a Saturday, we had the course to ourselves, slightly more difficult than usual as they were allowing fairways to grow, so no roll, amazing views

I love this course, unfortunately our rooms Nd was slow due to 2 large golf societies in front of us. Our transfer was waiting for us so couldn't enjoy the club house after. 5 hours to get round this course is too long, but we still enjoyed the round.
