Very slow and very tired course. Clubhouse was good

Rained off first time so offered free round later. Made up to three ball and had to wait on every hole.

Welcomed on the first day by General Manager. Lovely golf course and great facilities and good staff.

Great views, staff very helpful. Greens were excellent. Practice facilities were excellent.

Lovely course. Great facilities. The range was included in the price and the staff were superb cleaning out clubs after the range session and the round. Very nice set up. Greens were good but slower than Akenza. Lovely couple house and views of the mountains were stunning.

Another course where the investment has gone into the clubhouse and surrounds including the villas and pools.Again really poor presentation of a good design and again terrible greens.Very patchy with different grasses evident. If Jack Nicklaus were to visit today he would withdraw his name from this course. Terrible experience.

Driving range has seen better days as well as the clubhouse- course was in good condition and had nice fast greens

Fantastic course with an incredible backdrop of the High Atlas. The finishing 3 holes are dramatic. Really tough course but very rewarding. Nice facilities as well.

Really good course with excellent facilities however it felt a little run down and unkempt. Club house was fine, food and drink good value!

A fantastic experience from when you first arrived being greeted and taken to our buggies, clubs being put on for us. We were then booked in and taken to the range for a warm up before the round. Stunning views around the course of the atlas mountains. Course was well kept with wonderful true running greens which were quick.

The backdrop to this of the Atlas Mountains was outstanding - you will struggle to play anything with background as beautiful as this. Course itself was in good condition, but greens were lightening quick - you wouldn’t want to be above the hole!.

Course was a bit tired looking maybe down to coming out of winter, buggies were a little tatty, straps were broken so they used bungies to hold your bag. Gave us a bucket of balls and a small bottle of water. Chocolate bars and cold drinks were expensive 2 mars, 2 snickers and 2 drinks £40.

The course and facility are both in dire need of maintenance and upgrade. Staff was friendly and courteous but it is markedly apparent that this facility needs a major refresh to warrant the cost of play here.

This course was long and challenging but not in the best condition. Felt past its prime. Sad to see practice putting Green closed outside the clubhouse and the fairways not to their best, although there had been some rain the day before. Wouldn’t play it again when there’s so many others in the area of a higher standard.

A good course with a lot of bunkers and some challenging holes. The fairways and greens were excellent. When we arrived it was hard to work where to go, some signs or staff to point you in the right direction would help. I did, however enjoy hitting free balls on the grass driving / practice range.

A decent enough course, but we were constantly held up by the three ball ahead of us. On the plus side it did not rain and the sun made a welcome appearance from time to time. It is certainly good enough to be played in a golfing itinerary and rank it 3/4 of the ones we played.

Course had been prepared for a LET event / qualifier, so the course was in good overall condition. The fairways are wide, with little / no rough, so good for all standards of players. The greens were hard and fast which made the course hard to play for mid-handicappers like my wife and I.

The course was very good some challenging holes, some beautiful holes. The conditional was overall very good. The only thing to spoil the day was we was a two ball in a buggy. Placed after a 4 ball with trolleys or carrying. The course wasn't very busy, so a simple switch around would have been no issue.

Generally a great starting course for our group new to Marrakech. Good greens. Fairways good enough. Good tee boxes. A bit scratchy outside those areas but acceptable to good course.

This was our favourite of all 3 courses, greens still need attention but still ran true. Service from staff was excellent.

We loved Samanah - the driving range was good, the course really nice and we had an excellent lunch. Greens were'nt as good as the other two courses we played but everything was highly satisfactory.

This was quite a journey from the hotel but worth it. The course is forgiving. It needs some work in areas but it’s quite a new set up and so should improve. The clubhouse is built in the style of an Arabic palace - very cool and with great staff.

Nice course, again the greens were not at their best. The walk between holes was quite long but some great golf holes.

Fairly tricky course and quite long off the whites.

Great time. Round was 4 hours 30 due to lots of people and mix of abilities.

Slightly disappointing. Not in such good condition as the other two. Lots of construction around the course as obviously a developing area. Unable to get an accurate reading on distances with my Garmin, certainly needed to take a lot more club. Greens were tricky to read and sometimes inconsistent with speed. There were some areas which were devoid of grass but not really bunkers?! Detracted from the appearance of what could be a beautiful course. It had great potential. Very few staff around the course (perhaps'cos we played on Friday?) We were told it would take 4 hours 35 minutes to play. We had buggies and we were round in just over 4 hours. Definitely needed buggies, very long walks between greens and tees, also buggies allowed to certain points before the green which sometimes necessitated walking a fair distance back to the green for putting.

An excellent course and a great way to start our Marrakesh experience. The facilities and experience were exceptional.

Wasn't a particularly hard course, but was long, so it was a slog. We didn't have buggies (another subject I have emailed Your Golf Travel about with zero response) but then had marshals chasing us because groups on buggies directly behind us were faster.

We were required to have a caddy for each group which was an unexpected cost. The course was an interesting layout but was somewhat worn in places particularly the greens

This is a Jack Nicklaus designed course. A good test with some nice testing holes around water. The greens were not all in tip top condition but still rolled well. Buggies needed hiring in advance so we ended up with caddies. Played this on our last day before flying home and we had use of a room within the clubhouse to leave our stuff and have access to showers post round. Good choice for last round and clubhouse food in restaurant was very tasty.

Had booked a buggy prior to travel. Was told on arrival no buggy booked until showed confirmation email. Was given a buggy. Then told compulsory to have a caddy for the additional cost of €20 despite a buggy being paid for. Was told compulsory for all Morocco’s course which we know to not be true. Was told We cold pay the caddy to not come with us. Put a bit of a downer on the round. Happy to pay for a caddy if prior warned but get like we were being conned.

The most enjoyable, welcoming and authentic golf course out of all of the courses we played in Marrakesh. On arrival your clubs are taken directly to your buggy while you can either enjoy the fantastic clubhouse with sitting areas inside or out, or make use of the complimentary practice range with free balls and club cleaning. The clubhouse staff were extremely friendly and polite and drinks and food were great value for money. I was playing in a group of 9 as 3 x 3 balls and our caddies were excellent, my caddie Youseff saved me at least 10 shots with course information and green reading. Nice stop at half way back at the clubhouse and also an authentic Moroccan tea tent before the 10th. If you required anything like drinks or food brought out to you on the course you could just phone the clubhouse and they would bring to you. Also there was a photographer at the 1st T to get group and individual photos which you could purchase after your round for only a few pounds. I actually made the schoolboy error of leaving my rangefinder on the buggy and after contacting the course they have confirmed immediately they have it and will organise shipping back to me in the UK. Overall a fantastic day and in our groups opinion far better than the other courses we played, especially the Royal Marrakesh which was totally unwelcoming, overpriced, pretentious with generally rude staff and awful greens.

We played this course last of our 3 games - it was the best. Some great featured holes, bug open fairway bunkers that you could hit woods from, responsive greens - but at a good pace - which ran true. Decent driving range with free balls. Our caddie was great and only 200 MAD plus tip. Do also stop for a mint tee between 9 & 10 ! Clubhouse was lovely and some great food on offer. This was our favourite cause of our trip. Make it part of yours !

We were assigned a caddy for the duration of the round which was unexpected but appreciated. The greens were comparable with British greens for speed as they had recently had a covering of sand. One of the better courses played during our stay.

Course in great condition and could tell it was a Nicklaus design course - nice holiday golf.

Played off the black tee and what a track if you can’t hit the ball long play off the yellows, I play off 6 and shot 7 over 100% play there again

Nice practice facilties. Greens had some maintenance issues for the first nine holes. Good bunkers and lovely fairways.

Our least favourite. The tee boxes were way too long, we struggled to enjoy this one as much as the others.

Again good course with not so much rocky run-off. Greens OK and course in good condtion. Course very slow. At 10th hole 5 groups were waiting. We had nearly an hour break after 9 but still caught group up in front of us in 4 holes

Lots of patch repairs on greens

The layout of the course was lovely, the scenery was nice, but it just needed a bit of TLC. Some areas was too wet from watering, the greens were a bit tatty, and the waste land at the sides of the hole was a bit tatty too. Enjoyed the course but needed some love.

While this course was an upgrade on Al Maarden it is fairly featureless (apart from the long par 3's over water!). This is a long hard slog (approx 6,700 years off the yellows) so be prepared for a hard day out, with no shelter from the sun.

Super friendly

A Jack Nicklaus design but only really evident around the greens. Fairways are open, and not too many features. On a clear day, I guess the backdrop of the Atlas Mountains would be wonderful. Green fee includes a bucket of balls on the range.

Good course, well maintained. Staff were very friendly, course was not busy and good facilities provided. For us it was a must to tee off early as the heat was intense in the afternoon.

Great condition with lots of sand and water traps to keep it interesting. A good range of holes and distances with each hole throwing up a different challenge.

Great course with several water hazards and bunker complexes to navigate. Wonderful Clubhouse with great facilities - Showers and free towels were very handy before we headed back to the airport. The only thing that needs addressing are the greens that were very patchy and uneven in places. Didn't spoil the round but was a topic of conversation worth mentioning.

The pro proudly described this course as the best of the 16 courses in Marrakesh, and the first and 18th had effortlessly put into them. The rest of the course was terrible. the non fairway areas has a lot of dead palms and thorn bushes, rubble, and actual refuse, polythene, cardboard, builders rubble, waste metal, all sorts. They had also 'lost' their alcohol licence, so there wasn't a cold beer on site. When asked by the pro after the game what I thought of the course, I replied by asking who's idea it was to pour concrete into all the bunkers, as they were so solid it made them unplayable. So, this one is nice clubhouse, but a 'dry' clubhouse, terrible course.

The course is looking a bit tired. The greens need a lot of attention. On the edge of some greens there was a patchwork of turf that had not been put down but not taken. Not very busy and we coudl see why

Free practice balls and the practice facilities were very good. First 9 holes the greens were patchy and had been poorly turfed so very bad considering the cost. Also if I’m being very picky most of the villas are still under construction so it does ruin the views a little feeling like you’re on a building site!

the course was very pretty and had a lovely half way house serving mint tea and biscuits, no charge but we left some money. Plenty of well maintained toilets on the course. the greens although ran well were very patchy but I guess it was early in the season.

moderately difficult course, well laid out as you would expect for a course by Jack Nicholas. Everything was set up for me to end in the sand unless you plotted your way round. There were those in the group that managed to avoid chipping out a bunkers on every hole, but hey that’s the fun of it I guess. Would I go back absolutely because I could play that cause better a second time.

Best course of the trip

Green not in good conditions. Several repair patches can be seen.

Overall probably the best of the courses we played when all factors are considered. In good condition and with some interesting holes. We moved at our own pace until the last 6 holes when things got very slow. We are all fairly low handicaps but there were definitely some challenging holes for the higher handicap golfers which may have contributed to the slowness at the end.

Loads of rough unplayable areas

Very disappointed with this course in poor condition wouldn’t recommend this to anyone it took 4 1/2 hours and didn’t finish had to walk in on the last 3 holes very poor

Miss the fairway & playing off of stones

We enjoyed this course - lovely views of the Atlas Mountains as we went around. Quite long and challenging but in good condition. Good clubhouse and we had a great lunch here.

No grass on the range, course was baked out and was too hard for most amateur’s which caused a mortifyingly slow round.

Greens were exceptionally fast making it difficult. However the greens were very receptive to pitching onto them. Limited rough making it forgiving if you miss the fairways

Greens were fast and true but opening ones had repairs which visually looked poor but played fine. Worth noting through booking you can on day play additional holes inclusive. We played back nine (better visually around lake) which really did make vfm. Food fantastic too

Really enjoyed this course, Pro shop welcome very good. Greens very fast. Range balls included in the green fee, complimentary water given from the bar, although small bottles.

Very nice course bit muddy if you went off the fairway. But enjoyed the experience.

Great course, fast greens, overall quite challenging very inviting for driver however bunkers put in the right places! Well maintained.

The fairways are quite forgiving being fairly wide. Lots of bunkers around the fairways and greens. Very attractive course being fairly close to the Atlas Mountains you get a great view from everywhere on the course. I’d want to play this course again.

Very good, the course has a lot of landscape. Very well organized.

Very poor condition. Very strange set up as there seems a disconnect between pro shop, tee desk, caddy and starters. Chap on practice area however was superb. A course that was very poorly maintained and definately not worth the green fee. Book fairmont, royal or al maaden instead.

Although long, this course was stunning.

The best of the three we played firstly bexause it is further out from the centre and so no building work and felt One was out in the country with some very good views of the Atlas Mountains for the courts time. Excellent course with some testing holes. Would happily play this twice

Very large fair ways. Tecnical and long but such large avenues, you never loose you ball.

Great course with a bit of heritage as the PGA has been there. Very nice to play with nice tight fairways so maybe not for all golfers as you don’t have that little bit of help under the ball but I personally loved it.

2.30pm tee time too late as played the 18th in the dark with buggy headlights on !!

Very long course lots of 420+ par 4, with a group of 12, and only a handful of players able to reach in regulation even with good drivesz

Supposed to be the best of the three courses however very much the same as the others more expensive with a major mosquito issue I feel on the front nine Eaten alive that we had not had anywhere else

Nicklaus designed course was a tougher challenge with narrower fairways and smaller greens with run offs and false fronts. Great course but accuracy is more key than some other courses here. Green were a little patchy and very soft, they cut up quite a bit

Really enjoyable

This was by far my favourite course out of the ones we played, really enjoyed the course, bunkers were amazing and greens ran true, and if you did get in trouble off the tee it was proper sand in the desert bits of the course, so you didn't feel like you would damage your clubs or yourself.

Simply stunning golf course. As good as anything we played in Spain or Portugal. Can't wait to play here again in the future.

I’m not sure if we played off the correct tees But we found it quite long, I would say it’s difficult for higher handicaps. Still it was good value for money and the weather was gorgeous, what more can you ask for

This course was disappointing. Upon arrival a large portion of the entrance to clubhouse had fallen down and the practice range is very basic. However the big disappointment were the greens, a number had many bald patches. The first green is a like a minefield. Such a shame as the course itself is great very interesting but they need to sort the basics. If this is a course you normally recommend I would suggest someone needs to visit it so customers are not disappointed. Not worth the money, in the UK you would have expected a significant reduction in Green Fee.

Samanah is brilliant course however the greens all had a disease so were extremely patchy. Greenkeepers had selected sensible pin positions which minimised the effect of these on our round.

Personally had an awful round which colours your judgement but there were some lovely, well thought out hole designs. We all questioned the various Stroke Indexes of certain holes but agreed that we would play it again.

A diseased green on the 1st hole followed by damaged greens on the second and third holes, may have clouded our judgement. This course looks to be a new layout so it may need time to settle in.

all the group were offered buggies, some did not use them. the buggy myself and my partner were given was a heap of crap and would hardly go. its holiday golf so a fast round is not expected. the bar after our round was good and service quick.

Greens were patchy at times and they didn’t have buggies for us all as we didn’t book. Good course and clubhouse food was nice. Very good pace of play and other than the greens the course was good.

Longer course than the other 4 we played. Beautiful clubhouse, unfortunately the entrance was damaged by the recent earthquake so some building repairs in progress.

Long course, enjoyed by our long hitters. Holes are vary similar. Tea at half way was nice touch. Fast greens. Toughest course.

A good course to start a tour

Samantha remains a must play course. It was in good condition - there was concern online about the greens but they were fine with just some well sanded patches in a few places - mainly on the edges where maybe there had been some issues. The pace of play was ok for the first few holes until we reached the back of a French log jam after around nine holes when the play became glacial with upto 3-4 groups all on a par 4. That aside it’s a must play course.

Great club and golf course, shame the greens had not been looked after. There was grass missing in part of the greens.

Our least favourite course & disappointing for a Nicklaus course. Some of the greens were in very poor shape with large bare patches. They generally putted better than they looked and they were lightning fast - not good for those who are nervy putters! A hard course for average golfers. Many of the greens had a bunker right in front of the elevated green so the only way to play the hole "properly" was with a well hit elevated shot in.

If you hit the fairway your fine if not your on rubble.

The facilities was great but the buggies where old and tatty but worked.The fairways where great but the greens with patchy sand looked a mess, but played fine. Would play again.

Great course design. Lots of bunkers. Greens very fast and undulating. Condition, especially on edges of greens has deteriorated significantly since we last played in 2020 just before it held senior Pro tour event. Not fit for such an event now. Very quiet when we played which was very relaxing.

This was once more a nice course to finish with, we went off in our 2 ball again which was nice. A well set up course, with the greens on par with the first 2 courses. One further point on all courses we had free balls on the driving range and they all made us welcome.

Great layout with lovely backdrop of the Atlas mountains. Typical Nicklaus course with strategically placed bunkers and well protected greens. On the day we played it was unusually windy so scoring was tough as it was a 3 to 4 club swirling wind and as the holes face multiple directions it was invariable a cross wind of sorts. Thoroughly enjoyable with very fast greens down grain and subtle contours. Would love to play again on a day less windy. Good course.

Bit of damage to edges of greens and some disease patches on a couple of holes, didn’t affect round too much, however for a course of that standard I’d certainly expect them to be on top of them.

Greens were not in the best condition , buggies a little older , extremely slow play due to following a pro am comp , staff most apologetic .

We found this course to be a bit harder than the others with its raised greens and pins behind bunkers but it was still fun to play.

PLAYED EARLIER THAN SCHEDULED AS A TWO-BALL AHEAD OF A FEW OTHER PLAYERS ON A RAINY DAY ! PLAYED YELLOW WHEN BLUE TEES WERE PROBABLY MORE APPROPRIATE FOR MY AGE AND HANDICAP.

In poor upkeep - YGT should take this course off the rota as it detracts from the overall offer. Clearly they are short of funds and thus skimping on the upkeep.

Typical Nicklaus course. Long, with undulating greens. Par 3’s were all near enough 200yds or more.

Back 9 are far more enjoyable and interesting to play , front 9 fairly tedious Women's tees situated ridiculously far ahead in centre of fairway . Greens very worn around edges and filled with sand

This course is long. It was quiet and we enjoyed our round, but it was difficult with well placed bunkers. Nit as good as Assoufid or Royal Marrakesh but still good.

Fun course to play, the backdrop of the atlas mountains is incredible. We used the scooters on the course and had a great time!

A very hard corse the fairways were not the best too long and too many hazards the course can improve a lot particularly if they improved the greens and chipping areas

This course was the lesser of the three that we played, the greens were in quite poor condition compared to the previous two days, staff were very friendly and facilities were good

Noting it is a Jack Nicklaus course, was a bit disappointing and condition was average.

Our second favourite course, only marginally below Royal Palms. Again the course was presented beautifully and was a pleasure to play. Facilities were very good, however the bar staff despite lots of English playing the course did not understand and had to wait for one member of staff each time. This is only a very minor issue which was overcome. Would love to play again.

Good course, with a wide variety of holes. Some longer walks between holes, which meant a buggy was very helpful. Greens consistent speed, but some patchy spots. Water on a few holes, meant accuracy was important. A fun course to play.

This was my favourite of the 4 courses played. Great clubhouse and facilities, nice food. The course is pretty open and long and they are still developing the area around it. That said we all enjoyed the round the most and felt it played well and true. Would play again next time.

Plenty of locker storage space as we were heading to the airport after our round. Arrived 10 mins before our tee of time. There were 16 players still to tee off before us. Despite suggesting at the starting tee to the course official, if we could start on the 10th, we were eventually escorted after a half an hour wait to start on the back nine which we played first and was quieter and no slow play. Greens in poor condition in comparison to the other courses we played this week in Marrakech. Green keeping staff were very discreet and thoughtful during play. Buggy had ice box for cold drinks which was very welcomed and not available on the 2 other courses we played this week. Most scenic course with little development going on and views of the Atlas Mountains. Not sure we would play this course again.

Lovely friendly staff on arrival. Driving range was basic but staff looked after you so well. Course was nice and quite forgiving, allowing you to really go for it. Greens were also good. Club house is old with lots of character. Food and drink was nice and overall I would recommend to others.

This is by far our favourite track. All of our group said that they would gladly play it again and it was very typical of a Nicklaus course. It was tricky but fair and in great condition.

Nice course,good receptive greens. There was a bit of earthquake damage to the front of the club so we had to go round the back. The longest of the 6 courses we played,but not excessively so. Similar prices in the shop and bar.

We went out of season - the course was in better condition than expected and extremely quiet. The staff were very helpful.

A warm welcome , a lovely course and not to challenging for high handicappers. The food ,the staff the course all great, highly recommended .

Didn’t feel right marking this one as Never got chance to play because the course was closed due to the earthquake, but I didn’t want to give a bad review either, but it’s on our schedule for next year. YGT quickly got us back on the Al Maaden course instead

Enjoyable round but the greens were in poor condition. Bare patches everywhere.

I can’t put my finger on it, but I just didn’t like it very much. The greens were in a bit of a state in some places, although they were the fastest we played all week. Another that I wouldn’t play again.

The course was good, but played off the yellows were slightly difficult due to the long carries over rough areas Could do with better course signage to the Tee boxes

Arrived at 9.15 for our 10am tee. Went to book in and told we were 12pm tee. We showed the YGT receipt and they disappeared and came back saying we could go off the 10th at 10am. We reluctantly agreed and then the starter let a one ball go first and then a group of four ladies go off in front of us so we didn’t tee off until 10.30am. Course looked tired and greens had suffered. Could be a great course if kept to same condition as say Royal Palm.

In good condition. Both tees and greens very good. Played in some wind and several par four’s playing in excess of their 420 yards. Difficult to make out the greens/flags so not easy to judge shots but a lot of second shots needed long irons or even woods (I am a 4h/c) Hardly anyone else on the course so wizzed round in 3hrs 40 mins Surrounding area not particularly pleasant. Unfinished villas and wasteland detracted from the course

Best course we played rating 10/10. Scenery spectacular Again they tried to get us to pay for the buggy’s which we pre paid at time of booking at this course we needed to pay for buggy’s which had already been paid for. Either it is a common theme where staff try to con visitors out of money or the information passed to the clubs is unclear

This was my first time on this course and we had a super round The staff were very friendly and helpful Lunch was excellent

I liked the course better than Al Maaden and the club house was better. Greens very good

We’re paired up with strangers when we would have preferred to play alone

Greens badly damaged around the fringes and unplayable on several holes without creative drops ! Course design good with several water features, preferred lies often the only option.

Unfortunately we were paired with 2 beginner golfers with caddies. And when I say beginners I mean beginners as they didn’t even know how to putt! They received coaching from their caddies all the way round which resulted in not only a very slow round but a very frustrating round for us. A big disappointment.

Not as good as Royal Palm. Greens are fine and very quick but fairways are scruffy and the grass around the greens is loosely matted which snags the club as prevents a clean strike on the ball.

A friendly greeting on arrival and easy check in at the pro shop. The green fee included range balls. The course was very nice and well kept albeit a little long for me as a 22 handicapper but very enjoyable non the less. Note, this course has a lot bunkers and water is in play on many holes, so for me course management was important. Lunch in the clubhouse was reasonably priced and of a good standard.

Those who played on Wednesday had a very slow round, stuck behind some poor golfers. The Friday players had an acceptable round. The green were lightning fast and we enjoyed the layout - probably the favourite course for the majority of the group.

We were partnered by two indian gentlemen who were very slow players, they objected to letting anyone through which meant that we were rushing our shots. The marshal came along side and said we must let people through. welet one group through and then no-one else. Our game went to pieces as we rushing, the course was not busy so we could have gone out on our own. The starter did apologise to us when we had finished.

First time playing Samanah. No buggies available. Course was reasonable but wouldn't return.

Greens protected by front bunkers and very quick greens, a lovely set up. Live to give it another go.

We always enjoy playing this course. It is an open course, but has undulating fairways, so not as easy as it looks. The staff are always friendly. The food is good too. Some disease around greens, which played fast though.

Great course, surroundings leave a little to be desired but the actual course was stunning and played pretty quickly.

Would have got a better rating except for the dirty conditions and mechanical state of the buggies. Whilst they changed the cart that had obvious steering problems, the staff hadn't checked it out and both our carts were dirty. The staff didn't seem to bother about it, which was sad because the course was in excellent condition and worth a return if things are managed better.

I'm a beginner and never played 18 holes, we were paired with a French chap who was patient. I played so well and am extremely pleased with myself at have got a par and some bogies on a Masters' course. It was breathtaking. The "rough" was a deep, green velvet lawn and the greens were running at a good pace

Greens were challenging, getting to them was not so challenging. It’s a long course with a fantastic backdrop.

Greens were in great condition. The presentation of the whole course was excellent. Our round was slow because the couple we played with brought along their child who played most holes with us.

We had a great game here. We used a golf cart, but our Belgian playing partners had caddies who also helped us with course direction advice and green reading. The course was in immaculate condition and was a great test on ones chipping and putting especially.

Best of the lot. Lots of bunkers and dandy areas with water where the golfer least expects it The whole course was in immaculate condition, thanks to the recently concluded European Senior Tours. Will play again

Very nice course with stunning views of the mountains. From when you drive up it all looks very special. Good practice area, nice bar and golf shop. The course is really special with lush fairways and challenging greens. There are some long par 4s which make it difficult but that should not deter anyone playing this course.

My group didn't have a bad word to say about Samanah. They loved their experience and would be happy to play there again.

Very nice course to play, a good length off the yellow tees (about 6,500 yards) and it was quite open and with a fair amount of water. Holes are different and challenging (but not overly so). Course and greens were in good condition. Caddy was very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful course, a lot quieter than other two courses. Beautiful club house and lovely staff and service.

Another great course, full of 'surprises' and again - not just a hit and hope, but 'plotting neede'

We thoroughly enjoyed our whole experience at this golf club and would say it was our favourite out of the three we tried. The service from start to finish was brilliant and the course lovely.

The first fairway was likened to your living room carpet and this was the standard on every fairway .It is an outstanding course of varying degrees of difficulty and was immensely enjoyable to play . However , the greens are lightning fast and it took time to adjust to the speed . They were true greens and the ball rolled straight but the speed was a nice problem .Once again , caddies coaching and giving lessons on the course slowed everything down .Although we spoke to the marshall who tried to encourage people ahead to speed up it was to no avail and you also have to be aware of golfers behind you getting frustrated and teeing off too early .

The fastest greens we have played for some time, at home or in Europe, a real enjoyable challenge. Facilities were excellent, again the range balls were included in the green fee. The transfers were spot on too. Thanks Joe for a great trip.

Smart, spacious clubhouse with extensive practice facilities. The undulating layout with interesting holes but spoilt for us once we hit the turn catching up very slow French groups who dawdled and we decided to stop after 15 - we estimated it would have taken 4 hrs 50 mins at least to complete our round. Despite speaking to the Marshall, nothing improved. Best check to see how clogged is the course ahead of your tee time.

Very enjoyable. Compulsory caddies was unexpected, but helpful with finding our way round. Good food and service in the clubhouse.

Long sweeping fairways with large areas of desert forming shallow bunkers. Very fast greens and beautifully maintained.

Well maintained, great but challengingly fast greens. Very quiet when we played. Only downside is their “caddies or golf cart” policy. An expensive extra cost.

A very enjoyable course. Generally in very good condition, but the greens were excellent. They were very fast and well-contoured making them very difficult. Nothing was a’gimme’ on these greens. A very enjoyable day, a very testing course, with some lovely stretches of water towards the nd of the course.

Played this course twice and I really enjoyed it. Whilst the course is flat compared to our home course, the greens were the challenge Good facilities and 19th good value

What a course...again in the top 5 for Marrakech!!! Contrary to previews we read, staff were friendly and welcoming - sometimes I think its the language barrier and culture that frustrates others, but for me - top top course!

My best round of the week./

By far the best course of the 3 played. Interesting layout with some challenging fairways and greens due to sand traps lay out. Good experience with pro hop check in & caddy master.

From start to finish we received a very warm welcome and the course was in very good condition, it was very quiet on the day we played.

A good course but found it hard scoring off the white tees. Quite tough greens to read

Great golf club with helpful staff and excellent facilities. Millionaires golf for us as very quiet. Close to Marrakesh so no long journey. A good challenge for a mixed set of golfers. Best round of our week. Best burger eaten outside Blas in Cornwall

Agin early tee times a bonus. Very desert type course with large areas of sand around the fairways. As in all courses buggy essential.Millionaires golf. Not matched up with anyone. Certainly best time of year to play. 3.5 hour round.
