Steel has created a fantastic variety of holes between the cliff edge and the ravines that are formed by Tenerife's spectacular geological history. The most amazing holes are those around the higher points, particularly the 5th, where visiting golfers will have to pluck up some serious courage to drive the ball over the sea towards the fairway.
Amarilla is not the longest, but its spectacular location makes it a favourite of regular visitors to the Tenerife and is well worth a game during your next golfing holiday to the sun-kissed island.

Having played this course many years ago I wasn’t overly expecting it to be great, however we were pleasantly surprised. I thought it was quite tight in places meaning an iron was better value than hitting a driver. The signature short par 3 was excellent. The other 3 in my group were very impressed and rated it as a good 8/10. Personally I was at around 7 in my rating but I’m pleased they liked it and we’d definitely play it again. Best value for money.

There was no marshall and so we were waiting on every single tee making the round, with a buggy extremely long. The course was beautiful though!

There is no handicap limit. Therfore a lot pf people with less experience. very slow I wouldn't play again this course
