Located off the west coast of Spain lies the beautiful island of Majorca which is home to a number of stunning golf courses with an excellent range of accommodation and restaurants to match. As expected of an island that sees almost 300 days of sun a year, the two main tourist hotspots are on either coast: Palma and Cala Millor.
Despite not having the pedigree of courses that its neighbour Spain has, Majorca is still a golfing paradise with courses that flow down its breathtaking coastline offering up spectacular views of the Mediterranean. With so many of these glorious golf courses being just a chip and a putt away from each other there aren’t many better places in Europe to play than this beautiful island paradise.

The West Course at Son Antem poses a different challenge to its sister East Course. The course is a lot narrower with tree lined fairways and array of water hazards waiting to punish any errant tee shot. The course relies on subtle undulations and clever doglegs in order to stop the most skilled golfers getting on top of it.
With perfectly manicured fairways and pristine greens which are bathed in 300 days of year round sun, it is hard to look past Son Antem as a stop on your next golf tour.
