• The total discount available can be spread across the whole group

• This promotion is valid for customers living in mainland UK only

• Castore kit will be shipped to customers upon full payment of their balance. The earliest kit will be delivered will be December 2023

• Should you reduce the group size to below the minimum requirements for eligibility you will no longer receive the promotional item

• Castore kit will be embroidered with a Your Golf Travel logo on the sleeve

• Castore kit provision is subject to stock availability

• Men’s sizes will range from S-3XL, while women’s sizes will range from S-2XL

• Castore kit will be embroidered with a Your Golf Travel logo on the sleeve

• Female bookers will receive a Castore short sleeve training tee (collarless) rather than a polo shirt unless otherwise specified or requested when our customer service team reach out to bookers

• Should you increase the group size to a new ball allocation band, you will receive the amount of kit your group is eligible for at the time of travel

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they provide their correct delivery address at the time of confirming the booking

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they complete the form sent to them in their booking confirmation to provide kit size preferences

• The customer will not be sent any kit if they do not complete the form linked from their booking confirmation

• Castore kit stock is not held by Your Golf Travel and we are therefore not responsible for any delays in delivery of kit to customers

• Promotional items will not be replaced by Your Golf Travel should these not be received as intended.

• The amount of discount applied is dependent - and will change - based on destination, minimum spend and number of passengers

• Added value offers such as free buggies, free dinners, free places, free room upgrades, are subject to availability - and applicable to certain venues only

• Tournament packages are excluded from this promotion

• The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotional codes, vouchers or discounts
